Intermittent position.  Expected starting pay is $8.00 per hour.  Benefit package as available to intermittent employees

Work schedule as called, may be two or three hours per day, up to a full eight hours per day, Monday through Friday, any hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. as job requires.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direction of the Center Director and the Department Head as assigned, the successful candidate is expected to perform routine kitchen aide duties, meal delivery on an assigned route, custodian duties, and maintenance chores.

Must have the ability to lift and carry sixty pounds, have a valid operator’s license with a good driving record.  Must possess good communication skills.  A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

JOB ANNOUNCEMENT – Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners is accepting applications for the position of part time intermittent Emergency Medical Technicians.  This position will provide assessment, medical support, and transportation of patients.  Wages are $100 per shift.  All EMTs are expected to perform at least 1 shift per month.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the administrative direction of the Emergency Medical Director, responds to non-emergent and emergent requests for transport.  Provides assessment, medical support, and transportation of patients in their care.  Provides accurate and complete trip documentation and maintains equipment and supplies for subsequent transports.  

QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate is required to be 18 years of age or older, have a current EMT certification, maintain a valid motor vehicle operators license that is not under suspension or revocation, and have a current basic life certification.
