Authorities are investigating arsons that occurred at 8832 Co. Rd. M, Delta and 16450 US 20, Lyons. On November 13, 2016, suspect(s) burned out the cab of a yellow International Dresser TD-20G bulldozer, with enclosed cab, serial no. 7314872. On November 13, 2016, suspect(s) sprayed lubricant and ignited a fire underneath a John Deere excavator, serial no. DW6905CA513270. The total value of the items burned is $25,001.

Authorities are investigating thefts that occurred at 6803 Co. Rd. N, Delta, 19287 US 20 Alt., Wauseon, 19335 US 20 Alt., Wauseon, 22632 Co. Rd. L, Fayette, and 7029 Co. Rd. 17, Wauseon. From September 21, 2016 to September 28, 2016, suspect(s) broke into and stole from these houses a 32” flat screen TV, an Echo 16” gas powered chainsaw, serial no. 743184007358, 32” Samsung flat screen TV, a Sanyo 32” flat screen TV, a Dell computer, a Sharp 32” flat screen TV, and a TCL 32” flat screen smart TV, serial no. 1604GTC000637A02120. The total value of the items stolen is $2,459.

The trustees of Fulton County Crime Stopper program have authorized a reward of $500.00 to be paid to an individual for information they provided regarding an alleged murder. They were able to give authorities a description of the location in which to find Mr. Romauldo Cordoba. That information led to an indictment being filed against Mr. Cordoba of Archbold for Murder and Domestic Violence.
The trustees commend this person for their brave actions and are pleased to recognize them for their efforts. Community involvement does make a difference in the fight against crime.

Authorities are investigating the break-in at 13413 County Road 8, Delta, Ohio sometime between May 22, 2015 and May 25, 2015. The suspect(s) cut off the locks on several barns and entered. Taken was a Husqvarna orange and black riding mower with a 46 inch deck, model number Yth22v46, serial number 960450045, US General 3 stacking draw tool box, a complete set of Craftsman metric and standard sockets 1/2 inch and 3/8 inch ratchets, 1/2 torque wrench, 1/2 inch by 25 inch long breaker bar, 1/2 inch by 18 inch breaker bar with black tape on head, Craftsman 52 piece standard & metric wrench set, Harbor Freight 14 piece ratcheting wrenches standard and metric, Craftsman 10 piece stubby wrenches, Craftsman 14 piece black grip screwdriver set, 1/2 inch red Ingersoll air compact wrench, 1/2 inch silver and blue Harbor Freight air impact wrench, 1/2 inch silver and blue air impact wrench, two 1/2 inch air ratchets, complete set of Harbor Freight 1/2 inch shallow and deep metric and standard black impact sockets, 1/2 inch regular and impact extensions with adapters, lock jaw plier set, Craftsman plier set, steel floor jack, crescent wrenches, 1/4 inch sockets and drivers, Kobalt 2hp compressor with aluminum manifold and two quick connects, assorted hammers, straps and chains, 2 ton aluminum floor jack, 4 silver and black steel jack stands, yellow magnetic numbers and letters, 13 inch 16-speed floor standing drill press, 25cc string trimmer, Craftsman snowblower, Kaufman 18 foot steel deck black tool box with tire rack winch trailer, license plate number SQD6158, serial number 1R9FA182X2S001162. Total value of the missing items is 9,477.

Authorities are investigating the murder of Joshua McJilton, age 27 of Oceanside, California, by Romualdo Cordoba, Jr., 38. On April 25, 2015, at 1:08 a.m. the Wauseon Police Department were dispatched to a parking lot in the 100 block of Depot Street, where the victim had been shot. McJilton was pronounced dead at the Fulton County Health Center. A nationwide arrest warrant has been issued for Romualdo Cordoba, Jr., for murder. Anyone having knowledge of Romualdo’s location is cautioned not to approach, and he is considered armed and dangerous. Authorities are investigating the theft of a Digitrack Eclipse Locator taken from a tool compartment on a truck parked at 11011 CO RD 16, Wauseon. The in ground GPS unit was removed from the tool box during the evening hours on March 9, 2015. The unit is valued at $16,000.

Authorities are investigating a home invasion at 4970 CO RD 2, Swanton, Ohio. On January 26, 2015, the homeowner reported that the residence had been broken into between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. A sliding door was broken to gain entrance. The home was ransacked. Approximately $5,000 worth of property was taken including a Samsung 37-in TV; a Samsung 32-in TV; Sony DVD player; 2 IPads; A Fossil women's watch; bracelets; necklaces; diamond bracelet; and piggy bank.

Authorities are investigating a theft at Archbold Equipment, 4982 SH 66, Archbold. Between Friday, December 26 and Sunday, December 28, 2014, a Bobcat Skid Steer with tracks and an 84-inch bucket was stolen. The Bobcat was driven off the front log. The bobcat is Model T750IT4, Serial #ATF613771, and is valued at $79,000.

Authorities are investigating a break-in at 3014 CO RD E, Swanton. On November 30, 2014, the owner reported that an unattached garage had been entered and appliances were stolen. Taken was an Electrolux stainless steel electric range, Serial #NF41826348, an Electrolux stainless steel French door refrigerator, Serial #4A32614216, a Frigidaire white top load washer, Serial #4C24106824, a Frigidaire white gas dryer, Serial #4D24005199, a Frigidaire black dishwasher, Serial #TH43172126, a Frigidaire stainless steel microwave, Serial #9G43000951, and a Broan kitchen stove hood vent, Model #273003. Also taken was a circular saw, sawzall, and a drill. Total value of missing items is $7,769.00

Authorities are investigating a burglary at 15462 CO RD 14-2, Lyons, Ohio. On October 1, 2014, the owner reported that the residence had been broken into. Entry occurred between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Approximately $4,700 worth of items were taken including a 50 in. Sanyo TV, a Hoyt Vetrix compound box, Parker cross bow with red and black bow strings, red dot scope and orange and white arrows, Xbox 360, 20-gauge shotgun, Winchester .22 caliber lever action rifle, 50 Tompson center fire muzzle loader with scope, Remington Wing Master shotgun, and a Browning automatic shotgun believed to be from Belgium.

Authorities are investigating a break-in at 25126 CO RD F, Archbold, Ohio. On September 27, 2014, the homeowner reported that power tools were taken from a pole building on the property. Missing is a Husqavarna weed eater, a Husqavarna chain saw and 2 chains, a chain for a pull saw, and some oil. Total value of stolen items is $568.00.

Authorities are investigating a burglary on August 11, 2014, at 4520 CO RD L, Swanton. The homeowner reported between 8:15 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., the locked residence was entered. Approximately $12,000 worth of items were taken including an iPad, 46" Samsung TV, a Nikon camera, and X-box and 360 live games, 2 diamond rings, a high school class ring, diamond earrings, amethyst and diamond ring, Pandora bracelet, two 12-gauge shotguns, gold necklaces, and a mother's ring.

Authorities are investigating the theft of tools. On Tuesday, May 27, 2014, the homeowner at 14109 CO RD 11-2, Lyons, reported the garage and 2 construction trailers were broken into. Taken was a stand up air compressor on wheels, 2 yellow case 4500 lasers, 1 Stihl partner saw, 1 Milwaukee rota hammer/drill in a blue case, 1 Milwaukee cordless drill, 1 Milwaukee cordless saw, a Milwaukee corded drill, 1 Matabo cut off saw, a Stihl leaf blower, a Stihl weed whacker, 3 large bolt cutters, a smaller bolt cutter and several extension cords. Total value of loss of $5,800.00.

Authorities are investigating the theft of a golf cart. On Tuesday, April 29, 2014, a Blissfield, Michigan man reported his 2007 EZ-GO golf cart was stolen from Sunny's Campground located at 12399 CO RD 13, Lyons, Ohio. The golf cart is valued at $2,000.

Authorities are investigating a burglary at 1653 CO RD C, Swanton. On March 18, 2014, the homeowner reported that between 12:45 pm and 2:30 pm his residence was broken into. The front door had been kicked in to gain entrance. Items were thrown around and drawers ransacked. Missing is approximately $1,961.00 worth of items including silver dollars and 50-cent pieces, pocket watches, antique pocket watch with gold case, man's jewelry box, a paper white 3G Kindle, a Masonic diamond ring, a Masonic watch, tie clasps and lapel pins.

Authorities are investigating the theft of a 4-wheeler. On Wednesday, March 19, 2014, between 7:50 a.m. and 12:15 p.m., a blue 2007 Yamaha Grizzly, YFM455GWL ATV was taken from the residence at 1540 County Road 6, Delta, Ohio. The vehicle was parked next to the driveway when it was stolen. The 4-wheeler is valued at $6,000.

Authorities are investigating the murder of Brandi Gonyer-Boaston of Holland, Ohio. On Saturday, February 15, 2014, at approximately 7:45 a.m., the 28-year olds body was discovered in the rear hatchback of a silver 4-door Dodge Journey, which was running and parked in a field on the north side of County Road N between State Route 109 and County Road 8 in Royalton Township. Law enforcement is looking for witnesses or information of any suspicious vehicles in the area at the time of the incident.

Authorities are investigating the theft of two excavator buckets which were stolen from a construction site. Gleason Construction reported the buckets had been left at the edge of a field on the south side of US 20, east of the Fayette Village limits. They were discovered missing on November 11, 2013. One is a 48-inch digging bucket and the other a 72-inch ditch bucket. The buckets have a combined total value of $7,500.00.

Authorities are investigating the theft of a Harley Davidson motorcycle taken from a Swancreek Township residence on County Road D, on September 4, 2013. The homeowner reported a detached locked garage door was pried to gain entrance. The bike is a 1984 red and silver FSB (low rider) with forward controls, front tool bag, saddle bags and a sissy bar bag. Also taken was a Stihl Partner saw with concrete blade, a Craftsman 18-inch chain saw, a Toro weed eater model TS3500, a Dewalt cordless saw hammer drill, and Craftsman socket set. Total value loss is approximately $7,450.00.

Authorities are investigating the theft of a trolling motor and Mercury 9.9 horsepower boat motor. The owner reported that the boat was parked by the road on CO RD 4-3 and US 20. A chain with a lock was cut to take the motors. The motors were last seen in tact on July 19, 2013. Total value of motors is $2,555.00.

Authorities are investigating the theft of motorcycles taken from the Fulton County Fairgrounds during the annual Antique Motorcycle Club Show held on July 19 and 20, 2013. A 2005 two-tone blue Harley Davidson Ultra Classic, Indiana registration M206KN, which was parked next to the horse arena, was taken. The bike was storing leathers, rain gear, chaps, riding jackets, and a blue iPod. Total value of bike and gear is $16,920.00. A 2013 Harley Davidson Road King in midnight pearl with saddle bags, bearing Ohio registration 67UKH, was stolen between 4:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The bike is valued at $25,000.00. Then on July 20, a 1991 self-assembled black with orange flames Harley Davidson, Ohio registration 24HBJ, resembling a super glide, parked near the horse arena, was taken between 12:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. The motorcycle is valued at $10,000.00.

Authorities are investigating the theft of sheet metal taken from a construction site between May 15 and 16, 2013. The builder reported that 63 sheets of 13 feet x 6 feet white siding along with ridge cap and gray trim were taken from 12708 SH 109, Delta. Total value of missing items is $2,500.00.

Authorities are investigating the attempted aggravated robbery on March 26, 2013, at the Stop-By-Mart, 84 Dodge street, Swanton. The owner reported that a white male in his mid thirties, approximately 6 feet tall, 250 pounds, wearing a fake beard, approached the counter and demanded money. The attempt was unsuccessful and the suspect fled on foot. He was wearing sun glasses, blue jeans and a brown Carhartt coat.

Authorities are investigating the theft of a generator. The owner reported that a home being remodeled at 1170 CO RD 6, Delta, was entered over the weekend of November 30, 2012. A locked side door was broken to gain entrance. The Generac black and orange generator was taken along with a Porter Cable circular saw, 250 feet of #6 wire, 250 feet of #8 wire, and 700 feet of 12-2 wire. Total value of missing items is $1,766.00.

Authorities are investigating the theft of three horses from the racing stables at the Fulton County Fairgrounds, State Highway 108 in Wauseon, Ohio. The horses were last seen at approximately 6:00 p.m. on December 28, 2012. Three brown/black male horses, age 4, were taken from the unlocked barn. The horses are named "Shorty B", "New Moon", and "Oat Matt Donald".
